Professor Andrew C. F. Chan (陳志輝), SBS, JP, is a professor in the Department of Marketing and is concurrently the Director of Executive MBA Programme at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has published extensively and also rendered research and executive training services for many renowned local and international institutions. From 1999 to 2005, Prof. Chan was chairman of the Consumer Council of Hong Kong. Prof. Chan is currently chairman of the Hong Kong Deposit Protection Board, a member of the Electoral Affairs Commission and a member of the Cantonese Opera Development Fund Executive Committee, and an advisor of the Quality Tourism Services Association. Prof. Chan has coordinated and hosted the popular TV and Radio programmes, "Talking to CEOs" and "New Thinking in Management", which have been aired on RTHK Radio, ATV, Cable TV and now TV.
Dr. Thamis Lo (盧榮俊) was former Professor, Faculty of Business Administration of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he taught from 1979 to 1998. He was Chairman of the Department of International Business in 1992-1993. He is the holder of BBA (C.U.H.K.), MBA (Berkeley), Ph.D in Business Administration (City U., London), LLB (M.M.U.), PCLL (H.K.U.), Professional Certificate in Chinese Civil & Commercial Law (Tsinghua U., Beijing). He was granted a Practising Certificate as a Barrister (HKSAR) and is now a non-practising Barrister. He has been researching on China since 1978 and his research interests include: Branding and Investment Strategies in China, Multinational Service Firms in China, and Globalization of Chinese Companies.
Cheng Pak-nin (鄭柏年). A side-line translator with profound experience in public administration and writing/translation work covering a number of government/public organizations such as the former Urban Council and Government's Home Affairs Department. On the lighter side, his work also includes verbatim translation of Cantonese Opera scripts for amateur and professional performances.
Shirley Siu-ling Leung (梁少玲) is a sales and marketing professional working in media and education sectors for years. She graduated from the English Department of National Taiwan Normal University and obtained her BA degree. She then worked for various local and international companies in Hong Kong including Ming Pao, ATV, BBC Worldwide and Discovery. Feeling the strong needs of self-enhancement, she enrolled in the CU EMBA Programme and obtained her MBA degree in 2005.
